Amazing sunrise views from the rooftop balcony.

Unfortunately, the bedsheets weren't clean, and the shower head had quite a bit of scale buildup, which didn't provide the best experience. Breakfast lacked variety, repeating the same offerings every day, which can become tedious on longer stays. Prices for food and drinks in the restaurant compared to local options felt inflated, particularly when charged in $/€.

I expected a lovely welcome but instead, the staff was not on their game. I thought i'd at least get a complimentary bottle of water for the price i paid. Just couldn't give a good review after that.

Nile views, spacious rooms, rooftop terrace
WiFi unreliable at times!!! Power outages affected the experience frequently!!! While a charming setting, an upgrade in the room decor would enhance the stay significantly!!!

It was just a reliable pick for a weekend adventure in Luxor with reasonable value. The rooftop views during sunset were fine and made for a perfect evening. Remember to bring your own bottled water as it can be pricey here.

Room was spacious and clean with fine Nile views from the rooftop terrace. The staff's friendliness was evident, especially Momen, who provided valuable insights about the area. Meals were a pleasant surprise, particularly the fresh ingredients used in dishes like the chicken shawarma. The WiFi was inconsistent, and our airport transfer was a bit delayed. The location on the quieter side of the river required a short boat ride to reach the busier attractions.
